One of the popular recruitments of the Staff Selection Commission is the SSC MTS Recruitment. This recruitment consists of a single-stage Computer-Based Test and sees tough competition among lakhs of 10th-pass candidates across the country. SSC MTS 2024 for 10th Pass Candidates

The SSC MTS Notification 2024 has been released for 8326 vacancies in various government departments. Candidates can fill out the registration form till 31st July 2024. Those who have passed the 10th board exams this year and have received their results can apply for recruitment, provided they fulfill other eligibility criteria as well. Eligibility Criteria for the SSC MTS Exam

The eligibility criteria include other factors besides educational qualification. The age limit for 10th pass posts under SSC MTS 2024 is 18 to 25 or 27 years exclusive of category-wise age relaxation provided according to the government rules. In addition to this, Havaldar posts require certain physical standards such as weight, height, and chest measurements.

Important Dates, Posts, and Salary for 10th Pass Candidates

Staff Selection Commission offers two posts under SSC MTS i.e. Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN). The Basic Pay at Pay Level 1 starts from Rs. 18,000 having variable allowances and deductions according to the City of posting, DA and other factors.
