RRB NTPC 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The Railway Recruitment Board will issue the RRB NTPC Notification 2024 which contains the required eligibility criteria i.e. minimum educational qualification, age limit, and other eligiblities. Check the details mentioned below.
RRB NTPC 2024 Educational Qualification
The minimum educational qualifications required to appear in the RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024 stage 1 exam have been mentioned below:
For the post of Commercial Apprentice (CA), Traffic Apprentice (TA), Enquiry-Cum-Reservation-Clerk, Assistant Station Master (ASM), Goods Guard Selection, and Traffic Assistant: Candidates with a Minimum Educational Qualification of a University Degree or its equivalent will be eligible to apply.
For the post of Senior Clerk-Cum-typist, Senior Time Keeper, Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist: Graduate Degree from a recognized university and equivalent Typing proficiency in Hindi/English on a computer.
Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed minimum educational qualification SHOULD NOT apply.
Important Points
- Candidates can apply to only one RRB NTPC Post.
- Application to more than one will lead to the rejection of all the applications.
- Any attempt to submit more than one application by a candidate against this CEN shall result in disqualification and debarment.
- If candidates are eligible for more than one level of 7th CPC posts, then they can apply for those posts.
- The candidates are required to indicate their Post-wise and Railway/Production Unit (PU) wise preferences very carefully.

RRB NTPC 2024 Application Fee
The candidates willing to apply for the upcoming RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024 should be aware of the amount of application fee they will need to pay to complete the online application process. The category-wise application fee details are mentioned in the points below.
- UR & OBC: Rs. 500/-
Out of this fee of Rs.500/-, an amount of Rs.400/- shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in First Stage CBT.
