Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released SSC GD Constable exam date along with its notification pdf on its official website at ssc.nic.in. SSC GD exam will be conducted from 20th February to 29th February 2024 and on 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 12th March 2024. Candidates who are going to appear in the exam should prepare themselves for better result. SSC GD Admit card has been released region wise on the official website. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website at ssc.nic.in who are going to appear in the exam for Constable post.

SSC GD Constable 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for SSC GD Constable consists of 4 stages, namely 1. Written examination (Computer Based Test), 2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET), 3. Physical Standard Test (PST) and 4. Medical Test.
SSC GD Constable 2024 Exam Pattern
The selection of the applicants will be done based on their performance in the Physical Test, Written Test, and Medical Fitness Test. The final merit list will be prepared according to the performance in the SSC GD Constable written exam.
SSC GD Constable Written Test Exam Pattern
Once again SSC has given a surprise to SSC aspirants by changing the old exam pattern for SSC GD Constable.
As per the new written exam pattern, there will be a total number of 80 questions having a total weightage of 160 marks. The total time duration of the SSC GD Constable 2024 written exam will be 60 minutes. There will be four sections in the SSC GD 2024 Written Test- GK, Reasoning, Mathematics, and English/Hindi. Each question in the written exam will carry 2 marks and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
