The written examination will be conducted from 30th September to 14th November 2024, spanning across 22 days with three shifts per day. This examination is being conducted to fill a total of 9,583 openings, encompassing positions for both Multi Tasking Staff and Havaldar roles within the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) and the Central Bureau of Narcotics (CBN).

SSC MTS Exam Schedule 2024
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has recently made progress in the application process for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar examinations for 2024. SSC MTS Shift Timings 2024
The SSC MTS Examination will follow a three-shift structure each day. The exam will be conducted in total 66 shifts from 30th September 2024 to 14th November 2024, the shift timings for each shift is provided below, the SSC MTS examination will be conducted in two sessions for 45 minutes each so the total duration of exam will be 90 minutes.

SSC MTS Admit Card 2024
Staff Selection Commission has released the SSC MTS 2024 Tier 1 Exam Admit card for SR,KKR,ER,NWR regions. Candidates can download their admit card from the official website of SSC, however the direct link to download admit card is provided below. Students who are going to appear in tier 1 exam must have their admit card to get entry in the examination hall. You will need your basic details like Registration ID and Password to download your admit card.

SSC MTS Exam Pattern 2024
The computer-based examination for this process is divided into two mandatory sessions, namely Session I and Session II. In Session-I, candidates will encounter Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions presented in English, Hindi, and 13 other regional languages. Importantly, there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers in Session I. However, in Session II, which encompasses the General Awareness Section, there will be a negative marking system, deducting one mark for each incorrect response. Check the table below to know more:
