Steps to follow for One-Time Registration

• Visit the official SSC website (https://ssc.gov.in)
•  Click on ‘Register Now’ in the ‘Login or Register’ section
• Fill in personal details, create a password, and provide additional information
• Verify your mobile number and email ID through OTP
• Complete the registration within the provided deadline days

Steps for Filling the Online Application Form

• Log in using your Registration Number and password
• Click on the ‘Apply’ link for the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2025
• Review and confirm your pre-filled details from the One-time Registration
• Provide additional required information (educational qualifications, preferences, etc.)
• Upload a live photograph (captured through the application or mobile app)
• Upload your scanned signature (Candidates are advised to upload their signature with dimensions of 6.0 cm in width and 2.0 cm in height, at a resolution of 300 DPI)
• Review all entered information in the preview
• Complete the declaration and fill in the captcha code
• Submit the application

Fee Payment:

• If not exempted, proceed to pay the application fee
• Payment can be made online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or debit cards

Confirmation:

• After successful submission, your application will be accepted ‘Provisionally’
• Take a printout of the application form for future reference and submission when required

Important Instructions for the live photograph section in the Application form:

• Ensure good lighting and a plain background.
• Keep your face within the designated area on the screen.
• Don’t wear caps, masks, or glasses/spectacles.
• Never upload or capture a pre-existing photograph – this will result in automatic rejection.

• Mobile Number (to be verified through OTP)
• Email ID (to be verified through OTP).
• Aadhaar Number or any other Identity Card
• Information about the Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing the Matriculation (10th) Examination.
• Disability Certificate Number, if you are a person with a benchmark disability.
