According to SSC CGL New Exam pattern, Staff Selection Commission will conduct the SSC CGL Exam 2024 in 2 stages i.e. Tier 1 and Tier 2. SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam Pattern 2024

As per changes, the SSC CGL 2024 Exam Pattern comprises 2 Tiers which are as follows: The mode of exam for Tier 1 and Tier 2 will be online. The SSC CGL 2024 Tier-1 exam will be conducted online comprising 4 sections with maximum marks of 200. The SSC CGL Tier-2 exam will be conducted in 3 phases – Paper 1, Paper 2 and Paper 3. SSC CGL Exam Pattern 2024 for Tier 1

SSC will hold a computer-based examination with 100 multiple-choice questions. There are 4 sections in the Tier 1 exam of SSC CGL, with 100 questions that account for a total of 200 marks. The subject-wise SSC CGL Exam Pattern 2024 details are given below:

The sections asked in the SSC CGL Tier-I Exam are:

There is a negative marking of 0.50 Marks for each wrong answer. There is no sectional cut-off. No mark will be deducted if the question is left blank or un attempted by a candidate.

SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Pattern 2024

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC CGL Tier-2 exam in three distinct phases: Paper 1, Paper 2, and Paper 3. Paper I is mandatory for all candidates, providing a comprehensive assessment for various posts. Paper II, on the other hand, is exclusive to candidates applying for Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) positions in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. Similarly, Paper III is designed specifically for applicants vying for the roles of Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer. Candidates must recognize the tailored nature of these papers based on their applied positions. Additionally, candidates should be mindful of the negative marking system, with a deduction of 1 mark for each incorrect answer in Paper I, and 0.50 marks for each incorrect response in Paper II and Paper III.
