JPSC Exams 2023
JPSC stands for Jharkhand Public Service Commission that is responsible for conducting the major administrative recruitment examinations of the state of Jharkhand. JPSC releases class I and II vacancies every year where eligible candidates are asked to apply to get an appointment in various posts. The notifications are uploaded on the official website of JPSC at jpsc.gov.in. JPSC was established with the aim of making a commission fully responsible for the recruitment of the government posts in the state. The main objective is to conduct written competitive examination and also the interviews for the selections of the candidates for any government posts in the state. JPSC Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have passed graduation to be eligible to apply online for JPSC recruitment.
JPSC Age limit
Maximum age limit for unreserved is 35 years and minimum age must be 21 years.
JPSC Application Fees
The category wise application fees for JPSC Recruitment 2023 is given below
- Unreserved/EWS/EBC- Rs 600
- ST/SC- Rs 150
JPSC Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for JPSC exams on the basis of Preliminary examination, mains examination, and interview. The Preliminary Examination will consist of 2 compulsory papers containing MCQs each of 200 marks namely:
(i) General Studies Paper-I- 100 objective type questions, each of 2 marks
(ii) General Studies Paper-II- 100 objective type questions, each of 2 marks
