• Type of questions: Objective-type questions
• There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark in the Tier 1 exam.

IB ACIO 2023 Tier-2 Exam Pattern

• Candidates who qualify for the first stage will then appear for the Tier 2 exams. The exam pattern of this stage involves two sections Essay Writing and English Comprehension & Précis Writing and the weightage of these sections will be 30 marks and 20 marks respectively.
• Type of questions: Descriptive-type questions
• There will be no negative marking in the Tier 2 exam.
