Gujarat Police Constable Paper 1 Syllabus 2024

Paper 1 consists of Multiple Choice Questions.
Every question carries the same mark i.e. 1 mark each.
It consists of two parts i.e. Part A and Part B.
The Candidates shall be required to qualify in both Part A and Part B separately.
Each incorrect answer in attempted questions will result in a deduction of 0.25 marks.
Each question will include an ‘E’ option labeled as “Not attempted”. If a candidate opts for this choice, indicating no intention to answer, no negative marks will be assigned.
Failure to select any of the provided options in a question will result in a penalty of 0.25 marks.

Part A and Part B

The examination comprises 100 multiple-choice questions with a total of 100 marks. A minimum qualifying standard of 40% is required. There is a negative marking scheme of 0.25 marks per incorrect answer, and an additional option labeled “E” is provided. The exam pattern for Part A is as follows:

Gujarat Police Constable Paper 2 Syllabus 2024

The Paper 2 of Examination is a Descriptive test.
The Qualifying Standard for Paper-2 Gujarati & English Language Skills (Descriptive Test)shall be a minimum of 40% marks.
This is the descriptive paper consisting of 8 questions for 100 marks. It is also divided into two Parts- Part A and Part B.
The evaluation of Paper 2 shall be made only for those candidates who score a minimum of 40 percent qualifying marks in Part A and Part-B of Paper 1, separately.
