Standard Photograph:

• Recent color passport-size photo (not older than 2 months).
• White background with dark-colored attire (not white).
• JPG/JPEG format, 150 DPI resolution.
• Size between 50–150 KB.
• The head should occupy at least 50% of the area; the full face should be visible.

Signature:

• On white paper with black ink pen.
• Running handwriting only (no CAPITAL/BLOCK letters).
• JPG/JPEG format, 100 DPI resolution.
• Size between 30–49 KB.

SC/ST Certificate:

• Only For Free Train Travel Pass Claim
• Format: PDF.
• File Size: Below 400 KB.
• Must be valid and legible on the closing date.

Visit the Official RRB Website: Go to the official website of your preferred RRB.

Create an Account: Click on the link for CEN 01/2025 (Assistant Loco Pilot).

• If applying for the first time, click on “Create Account”.
• Fill in the required personal details: Name, Father’s name, Mother’s Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Nationality, Mobile Number, Email ID, Aadhaar authentication.

Login and Fill the Application Form: Log in using the newly created credentials.

• Select the preferred RRB (only one is allowed).
• Fill in educational qualifications, community/category details, communication address, and post and railway zone preference.

Upload Documents: Upload the following: Photograph, Signature, and SC/ST Certificate.

Pay the Examination Fee: Payment mode Online only (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI)

Final Submission: Verify all details carefully and then submit the application form. Take a printout or save a PDF copy of the application for reference.
