SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern 2025

Candidates preparing for the upcoming SSC Stenographer Exam should familiarize themselves with the exam structure. The computer-based exam for SSC Stenographer 2025 consists of three sections, to be completed in a total duration of 2 hours. The exam comprises 200 questions, totaling 200 marks.   • The deduction of marks for incorrect answers has been reduced to one-third.

SSC Stenographer Grade C & D Admit Card

The commission will provide details regarding the exam day and schedule in the admit card, which will be released 7 to 10 days before the exam date. The Staff Selection Commission also includes important instructions regarding the SSC Stenographer Admit Card in the official notification. Here are some key instructions for candidates awaiting the release of the exam date:

  • A facility for downloading the Admission Certificates will be available 3-7 days before the examination on the website of the respective Regional Office. Candidates must bring a printout of the Admission Certificate to the examination hall.
  • In addition to the Admission Certificate, it is mandatory to carry at least two recent passport-size color photographs and a valid photo ID proof that includes the date of birth as printed on the Admission Certificate.
  • Information about the examination, including the timetable and the city/center of the examination, will be uploaded on the websites of the concerned Regional Offices about two weeks before the exam date.
