SSC JHT Selection Process 2024
Candidates must appear for Paper 1 and qualify for the next stage i.e. Paper 2 examination. Those qualifying paper 2 will be called for document verification and appointment based on merit.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper I.
- Paper-I will consist of Objective Type Multiple choice questions only.
- Marks scored by candidates in the Computer Examination will be normalized.

SSC JHT Exam Pattern 2024
The question paper of the first stage of the selection process will consist of objective-type questions from the General Hindi and General English sections. There will be 200 MCQ for 01 mark each. The duration of the test will be 2 hours and 2 hours 40 minutes for the candidates belonging to scribes. The candidates who clear the first stage of the exam will be eligible to appear for the Paper 2 which will test the candidates on their translation and essay-writing skills. This paper will be worth 200 marks and will be conducted for 2 hours.
