Step 1: Visit the official website apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and click on the ‘Login/Register’ tab provided in the upper right corner of the portal.
Step 2: Click on ‘Candidate’ and then select the ‘Register As a Candidate’ option.
Step 3: Fill in your email ID and phone number. If you select that you are an ITI student, in that case, you will have to provide your ITI roll number.
Step 4: Log in to the application portal using the registration credentials and fill in the application form.
Step 5: Upload the required documents in the prescribed format and pay the online application fee applicable to the category you are applying in.
Step 6: Take a print of the fee payment receipt and the application form for future reference.

Before applying for the recruitment process, candidates need to satisfy and understand the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the official notification pdf. The minimum educational qualification and age limit are as follows:
Age Limit
- The minimum age limit is 15 years as of 10th April 2024.
- The maximum age limit is 24 years as of 10th April 2024.
- Age relaxation applies to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD Candidates as per the rules as tabulated below.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates should Possess Matriculation or Equivalent, National Trade Certificate (ITI) in relevant Trade, NCVT/ SCVT.
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation with 50% marks.
SECR Nagpur Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
- The selection of candidates in the Nagpur Division for the post of Apprentice will be based on the merit list.
- The merit list in each trade will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) marks.
- The candidates selected through the merit list will be called for the Document Verifications stage of the selection process.
- This stage also includes a Medical Examination for which the medical certificate should be signed by a Government Authorized Doctor (Gaz) who is not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon in a Central/State hospital.
SECR Nagpur Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Stipend
Candidates undergoing training will be eligible for the stipend as per the Government rules. The stipend will be Rs. 8050 for 2 goods ITI courses and Rs. 7700 for 1 year ITI Course. Candidates need to undergo training of 1 year compulsorily.
