The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) carries out the recruitment of Junior Engineers (JE), Junior Engineer(Information Technology), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS), and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA) on a regular basis. The selection process of the suitable candidates is done through two computer-based tests (CBT I and CBT II) followed by document verification and medical examination.

RRB JE Mathematics Syllabus 2024

The candidates appearing for the RRB JE exam are Engineering Graduates and are tested on a range of subjects in both the CBT 1 and CBT 2 exams. The subject of Mathematics is asked in only the CBT 1 exam which is qualifying in nature. RRB JE CBT 1 Exam Pattern

The question paper of the CBT 1 exam will contain 100 questions worth 100 marks and will be conducted for a duration of 90 minutes. Each question will carry equal marks and there will be a 1/3rd negative marking applicable for this stage. The paper will consist of four subjects out of which the mathematics section will have 30% weightage.
