Steps to Apply Online For RITES Recruitment 2023

The candidates have to register on the NATS/NATS portal to apply for RITES Recruitment 2023 and also by clicking on the above direct link. Here we mentioned the step-by-step process to apply online for the RITES Recruitment 2023.

Step 1: Candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal i.e., https://nats.education.gov.in/student type.php and ITI Pass or Graduate BA/BBA/B.Com pass candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal i.e., www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.

Step 2: Once registered on the NATS/NAPS apprenticeship portal as applicable, the candidates need to log in to the respective NATS/NAPS portal using their User ID/Email ID.

Step 3: Then Apply for the Apprenticeship Openings/ Opportunities with “RITES Limited” as the Establishment Name.

Step 4: Fill out all your details in the application form.

Step 5: Applying on the respective NATS/NAPS portal, the candidate shall also submit a scanned copy of the following documents/proof through Google Form, by visiting the link at https://forms.gle/VseVJ6Y1wcygvjFHA.

Step 6: Click on the submit button and take a printout of the Application for future reference.

Documents Required For RITES Apprentice Recruitment 2023

1. Essential Qualifications certificates as per the applicable discipline i.e., Marksheets of all semesters/years and Final passing Certificate of Degree/ Diploma/ ITI. If there is a CGPA system/pattern, then the candidate must also send scanned a copy of the conversion formula issued by their Institution or University to convert CGPA into a percentage.
2. Date of Birth (DOB) proof i.e. Matriculation  Certificate/Aadhar  Card/ Driving License etc. in which DOB is mentioned clearly.
3. Identity (ID) proof i.e. Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID Card etc.
4. Caste/Category  Certificate as per the prescribed  GOI  format in case the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC(NCL)EWS/PwBD category.

RITES Selection Process

After receipt of online applications for the RITES Recruitment 2023 from respective NATS/NAPS portal and verification of documents submitted through Google Form, the Merit list of candidates shall be prepared based on the eligibility/selection criteria, based on the available vacancy, shortlisted candidates shall be informed through e-mail from apprenticeship @rites.com to join within a stipulated time. The candidates will have to carry original documents for further verification at the time of joining only.

RITES Salary 2023

The pay scale for the RITES Recruitment 2023 Apprentice post is tabulated below. Candidates who will be selected as the Graduate Apprentice will get 14,000 per month, for Diploma Apprentice monthly salary is Rs. 12,000 and Trade Apprentice will get Rs. 10,000 as the monthly salary.
