OSSC Exams: Odisha Staff Selection Commission


Odisha Staff Selection Commission conducts examinations for direct recruitment against Group B and Group-C posts. The appointment is made by the Odisha Government, and are governed based on the rules regulating their recruitment and conditions of service. There are some 85 different cadres of posts and services under various departments of Government where recruitment is made by the Commission. Candidates will be posted in Odisha only. OSSC Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must possess +2 Arts/Commerce/Science or Intermediate or equivalent exam certificate with basic computer knowledge for some posts
  • Various posts under OSSC also include graduation as an educational qualification.
  • Must have passed Odia at least up to ME Standard

OSSC Age Limit

The minimum age for the post is 21 years and the maximum age is 37 years.

Ans. The admission letters will be normally issued one month before the date of examination.

Q. When the duplicate admission letter will be issued?

Ans. The admission letter will be issued 3 days before the date of holding the examination.
