AAI Junior Executive Salary 2023: Increment Norms

• If employees come from PSUs or Central or State Government Ministries/Departments with specific pay scales, they will receive protection for their pay up to three increments. This protection will be in the form of Personal Pay.
• Employees who are eligible and join AAI through Direct Recruitment will start with a basic pay that matches the starting level scale to which they will be selected.
• The Personal Pay will be shown as a separate part of their pay and won’t be used in calculations like DA.
