Educational Qualifications

You must possess a Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology from any recognized institute by AICTE with minimum 60% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters and all subjects. The disciplines are as per the table given below:

Age Limit

You must not be born earlier than 01.01.1993 (i.e. upper age limit to apply is 27 years as on 01.01.2020)

Vizag Steel Management Trainee Pay 

• Selected candidates will be provided with a Basic Pay of Rs.20,600/- p.m. in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of Rs20,600-3%-46,500.
• On successful completion of the training, they may be placed in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of Rs 24,900-3%-50,500/

Vizag Steel Management Trainee Selection Process

The selection process to be eligible for the posts of Management Trainees is:

1. Online Test
2. Personal Interview

Online Test

The Online test for management trainees will comprise of:

1. General Awareness,
2. Numerical Ability/Aptitude,
3. General English,
4. Data-Interpretation,
5. Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning and
6. Separate paper for each discipline.

• Each segment (Aptitude & Technical) shall consist of 100 questions with one mark allotted to every right answer.
• No negative marking will be given for wrong answer.
• Candidates should secure at least 50% in each segment separately (40% for SC, OBC & PwD candidates) for qualifying in the online test.
