UPSC CMS Recruitment 2021:Notification will be Out Soon

Union Public Service Commission has delayed the notification for Combined Medical Service Exam 2021 till further notice. Earlier according to the Commission the notification was scheduled to be released on 05th May 2021. The new schedule will be released soon about the CMS exam 2021 on the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in. In this article, we are providing you the details regarding the educational qualification, age limit, selection process, exam pattern, syllabus. The further information in detail will be updated soon as the official notification will release.

UPSC CMS Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

The candidate should be passed in the written and practical parts of the final MBBS Exam. A candidate who has appeared or has yet to appear at the final M.B.B.S examination may also apply.

Age Limit

The upper age limit should be 32 years to be eligible

Medical Requirement

Candidates must be physically and medically fit according to the physical/medical standards for the Combined Medical Services Examination 2020 as per regulations contained in Appendix III to the Rules of the Examination.

UPSC CMS Selection Process 2021

The selection process will be done on the basis of:

  1. Computer-Based Exam – 500 Marks
  2. Interview – 100 Marks

UPSC CMS Recruitment Vacancy 2021

The vacancy details will be released as per the official notification. Last year the number of vacancies released was 559 for junior Scale Posts in Central Health Service and for Assistant Divisional Medical Officer, Assistant Medical Officer, and GDMO.
