लेखपाल/ पटवारी दोनों तरह के पदों के लिए मान्य: पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को 60 मिनट मे 7 किलोमीटर व महिला अभ्यर्थियों को 35 मिनट मे 3.5 किलोमीटर दौड़ना आवश्यक है।

केवल पटवारी पद के लिए मान्य: पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों की न्यूनतम ऊंचाई 168 सेमी व महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 152 सेमी अनिवार्य है। पर्वतीय मूल के अभ्यर्थियों को 5 सेमी की छूट दी जाएगी। पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को सीना फुलाव के साथ 84 सेमी, जिसमे 5 सेमी का फुलाव अनिवार्य है। पर्वतीय मूल के अभ्यर्थियों को 5 सेमी के छूट दी जाएगी। महिला अभ्यर्थियों का वजन न्यूनतम 45 किलोग्राम होना चाहिए।
