TNEB Recruitment: Pay Scale

Junior Assistant: Candidates as Junior Assistant will be appointed in level-3 of Workmen pay matrix i.e. Rs.19500-62000.
Assessor- Level -3 of Workmen pay matrix (i.e.) Rs.19500-62000
Assistant Engineer- Level 1 of Officer Pay Matrix (i.e., Rs.39800 – 126500)

TNEB Age criteria 2020

Junior Assistant: 18 to 30 years
Assessor: 18 to 30 years
Assistant Engineer: 18 to 30 years
Relaxation to be given for candidates of other categories.

TNEB Educational Qualifications 2020

Junior Assistant: A pass in Degree of B.Com
Assessor: A pass in Degree in the field of Arts (or) Science (or) Commerce
Assistant Engineer: A Bachelor degree in Engineering

The online examination will consist of objective type questions and 1/3 negative mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

TNEB Assistant Engineer Exam Pattern 2020

The question paper for ONLINE EXAMINATION (Computer-based test) will be of Objective type with one mark for each correct answer and 1/3 negative marks for each wrong answer.
