SSC Stenographer Exam Postponed
Staff Selection Commission has postponed the SSC Stenographer exam scheduled to be conducted from 5th to 7th May 2020. The exam will be conducted to recruit Grade C and D stenographers in central government organizations. The purpose behind the deferment has been referred to as the current COVID-19 outbreak. The SSC Stenographer exam dates will be announced after the complete lifting of lockdown restrictions in the upcoming months. Candidates must stay tuned on the official site of SSC at ssc.nic.in for regular updates about the exam date.

As of now, the official notice has been released by SSC regarding the postponement of SSC Stenographer examination.
SSC Stenographer Tier 1 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for SSC Stenographer consists of 3 sections namely General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language & Comprehension. The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours.

Meanwhile, India is under a lockdown till 3rd May with only the essential services open. All the government job examinations have been postponed to combat the deadly pandemic. Candidates are also advised to stay at home and prepare for the examinations. As soon as the lockdown will end and things will get back to normal, the exam dates will be released.
