SSC MTS 2019 Exam will commence from 2nd August to 22nd August 2019 and candidates must be aiming to crack this exam. It is a good opportunity for candidates to enter into a government organization and grow internally by departmental exams. Only a few days are left for the exam, so here we are with the last-minute tips that will be useful for you in writing the exam. The points that you should keep in mind while appearing for the exam are given below:
- Know the exam pattern thoroughly: The SSC MTS Paper 1 exam consists of 4 sections with 25 questions each that should be attempted in 90 minutes. Make sure you strategize the sections accordingly. The below table shows the distribution of questions.

2. Speed and Accuracy: These two words are important factors in any examination. You have 90 minutes to attempt 100 questions, which are enough to score good marks if accuracy is maintained. Do not rush into attempting more number of questions but make sure you maintain the accuracy. If you feel that a particular question is taking more time than required, better leave it and move to the next question.
3. Attempt according to the strategy you followed through the mock tests: Make sure you attempt the easier section first. The exam should be attempted with the same strategy you followed during mock tests.
4. Know Your strengths and weaknesses: First attempt questions from your strong zones because you have practiced them. When you are done with all the familiar questions then march into the unknown territory and try your best, use all your understanding and logical ability to get the correct answers.
5. Prepare your documents beforehand: Take a print out of your admit card and original photo identity proof, 1 photo and photocopy of the ID proof. Make sure you have all the documents required with you. Reach the examination centre before time to avoid any last-minute trouble.
