SSC GD PET-PST Date Out
SSC GD Constable 2018-19 Computer-based examination was conducted from 11th Feb to 11th March 2019, and the result of the written examination was declared by the Commission on 20-06-2019. Based on the performance in CBE, candidates were shortlisted for PET/ PST by the Commission. Now, the date for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for additional candidates and for those who belongs to Kashmir valley has been released.
Also, If there is any discrepancy noticed by the candidates in their data submitted in the online Application Form and result/ Examination Score Card, it may be brought to the notice of the concerned Regional Office of the Commission at the earliest but not later than 31-07-2019 along with a copy of the print-out of the online Application Form and the Examination Score Card.

Candidates are directed to bring the following documents as per instructions given in the Admit Cards without which they will not be allowed to give the PST/PET:
- Original Photo ID,
- Printout of Admit Card,
- one Passport size colour photograph along with necessary original documents.
Criteria for PET/PST Test
During PET/ PST, candidates who are found eligible on height parameters will undergo PET (race) followed by biometric/ technology aided identification. Scrutiny of eligibility of candidates for any relaxation i.e. age, height and chest measurement will be carried out after qualifying PET (race) before PST by CAPFs PET/ PST Boards.
Candidates qualifying the height test will be subjected to a race of 5 Kms for males and 1.6 Kms for females to be completed within completed 24 Minutes and 8.30 Minutes respectively.
