I am writing this letter to invite you to Chandigarh during the summer vacations, you must be doing nothing particular these days, I suppose. So, please visit us. My family will be very happy to see you in their midst. I have planned a nice programme of sightseeing and picnics during your stay with us. We shall visit many places of our interest. Also, the weather is expected to be fine these days.

Do come here as soon as possible. Your company will be a boon to us in these hot and sultry days. Please let me know about the train you will be coming from. I shall receive you at the railway station.
