SSC CHSL Tier-I 2016: Exam Analysis – 13th January

Today is the 7th Day of SSC CHSL Tier-I Online Exam, Here we bring you the exam analysis of SSC CHSL 13th January. Students having their SSC CHSL exam in other shift/days can get an accumulated idea of the examination as the pattern this year has some changes. 





SSC CHSL examination for the first time is being conducted online. There are four sections in SSC CHSL Examination namely: Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence, General Awareness and English Language.

Quantitative Aptitude (Moderate to Difficult level)


A large part of the paper was from Arithmetic section. Questions were also asked from topics like DI, Number System, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration and Trigonometry. Any candidate with a good grasp on the subject could have scored well in the section.

English Language (Moderate level)

In Vocabulary, there were questions from topics like Synonyms/Antonyms, Idioms and Phrases and spellings correction. In Grammar section, there were questions on Sentence Improvement, Error detection and Sentence Completion.

General Intelligence (EASY- Moderate level)

 SSC CHSL General intelligence section contained 25 questions in total. Let us elaborate SSC CHSL Reasoning Section by dividing number of questions topic wise.

 General Awareness (Moderate level)

The most part of SSC CHSL General Awareness Section was covered by Static & Miscellaneous topics. For the convenience of SSC CHSL Exam candidates, We are providing the reviews to give you an overall idea. 
Three questions were asked from Current Affairs.  Almost 10 questions were asked from Static GK. 
12 questions were asked from Subject Based (History, Geography, Polity, Economics)
Overall, SSC CHSL General Awareness Section was of moderate level.
