The salary for Data Entry Operator is more than that of an LDC.
Plus for DEO, you have to pass Data Entry Skill Test while for LDC you have to pass Computer Proficiency Tes (CPT).

What could be expected SSC CGL 2014 Cut off ?
We have confirmed the same and In DEO – data entry skill test at 2000 key depressions for a duration of 15 ( fifteen) minutes will be of qualifying nature. The speed comes to 27 words per minute.
(II) Ldc – The speed required for it is 35 words per minute
