Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is all set for the recruitment of Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) for 35,208 vacancies. It is a great opportunity knocking at the door of all the government job aspirants awaiting to be railway employees. RRB is conducting the RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam for Pay Levels 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The level  RRB NTPC CBT 2 Levels 2, 3 and 5 are scheduled for 12th June to 17th June 2022 across the country for the candidates successfully qualifying for the RRB NTPC CBT 1. RRB NTPC has been one of the most popular railway career options for people with a non-technical background. Many of you must be curious to know the last 6 phases of RRB NTPC exam analysis and the questions asked in the same. RRB NTPC recruitment exam was previously held in 6 different phases which began on 28th December for the 1st phase.

General Awareness for RRB NTPC Stage-1

General Awareness contributes a major portion when it comes to railway exams. A maximum number of questions (a total of 40 questions) are asked in the CBT Stage 1 of the RRB NTPC exam. Considering the RRB NTPC exam analysis, it can be seen that most of the questions were asked from the history section. Many questions about current affairs were asked and they should not be neglected in the upcoming exam.
First Phase: If you go through the pattern of questions, most of the questions were asked about History, Current Affairs, and Biology. Very few questions were asked about geography. 
Second Phase: Most of the questions were asked about the history and some of the questions were related to important dates, headquarters, and current affairs. The level of questions was easy-moderate.
Third Phase: The maximum question was covered from the Static GK, Biology, Current Affairs, and History. In this phase from all the topics, 3-4 questions were asked.
Fourth Phase: Every topic was covered with a maximum number of questions. The full form was asked frequently. And some questions were related to covid 19 issues.
Fifth & Sixth Phase: The questions were the mix and match of all the previous phases and the current affairs and history section has maximum number of questions asked.

Mathematics for RRB NTPC Stage-1

The mathematics of RRB NTPC consists of both arithmetic and advanced maths. The questions asked as seen in the RRB NTPC Exam analysis, are distributed equally among different topics. Students are advised to practice each topic thoroughly and be prepared for the same. No topic should be left out in order to score good marks. The distribution of questions can be seen in the below table.
First Phase: The maximum number of questions were asked from the number system, ratio, and proportion, Simplification. All the topics in the syllabus were covered for the maths sections. The level of the examination was easy to moderate.
Second Phase:  The section was lengthy and time-consuming. 3 questions were asked from the tabular DI which was easy to moderate. All the topics were covered in this section.
Third Phase: Mensuration, ratio, and proportion, DI Profit and loss were covering the maximum number of questions and the level of the examination was easy to moderate.
Fourth Phase: The level of this section in the exam was easy to moderate and most questions were asked from DI and Profit and Loss. Simplication was asked at a moderate level.
Fifth & Sixth Phase: All the scoring and time-taking topics were covered in these phases. The level of the examination was moderate and all the topics were covered.

General Intelligence & Reasoning for RRB NTPC Stage-1

General Intelligence & Reasoning is taken lightly by many aspirants which should not be the case. Some topics may dominate over others as seen from the previous analysis. Most questions were asked about Coding-Decoding and blood relations. This section is scoring, all you just need is accuracy and speed to attempt. Take a look at the topic-wise distribution of questions in the RRB NTPC exam analysis:

First Phase: This has 3 easy puzzles, and a maximum number of questions were asked from coding-decoding, Mathematical operations. From every section 2-3 questions were asked and the level was moderate.

Second Phase: The level was easy to moderate and phase 2 was also covering all the questions from all sections. Analogy, syllogism, Venn diagram, the odd man out, and missing terms were asked majorly.

Third Phase: In this phase sometimes the puzzles were not asked and they focused on asking more questions about coding-decoding, Venn diagram, and mathematical operations. the level was easy and sometimes moderate.

Fourth Phase: The level of reasoning section was easy and questions were asked on the same topics that were asked in previous Phases. The level of the exam was easy to moderate.

Fifth & Sixth Phase: The level of both phases was easy to moderate and the questions were asked on all the topics covering puzzles and blood relations.
