The positions have been created under the flagship programs Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G), and Cluster Facilitation Project (CFP) of MGNREGA implementing by the office of the Commissioner, Panchayat & Rural Development Department, Assam.
