Oscar Winners 2020 Complete list: The Academy Awards, popularly known as the Oscars is the most coveted awards of the year given to the meritorious performances in the film industry. The 92nd Academy award ceremony was held at the Dolby Theatre, in Los Angeles, California. The first academy awards were given in 1929 at a private dinner held in Los Angeles.

The Oscar ceremony 2020 was seen to be dominated by ‘Parasite’. The South Korean movie ‘Parasite’ created history as it became the first non-English speaking to bag the Best Picture of the year award. Joaquin Phoenix won the award for Actor in a leading role for the movie, ‘Joker’ while the best actress award is won by Renée Zellweger for, her outstanding performance in ‘Judy’.
