Let’s start with the letter.
House No. 323. Devnagar, Delhi Date: 16th February 2021
The District Collector, Bastar, Chattisgarh
Subject:- To let you know the problems faced by the tribals community in Bastar.
Respected Sir.
I am Suresh, a social activist residing in Delhi. I recently had a visit in your district. I would like to draw your attention to the people living in tribals. The tribal community is living a very ancient life as compared to ours. When I visited them I was shocked that they were not aware of so many facilities, which are used by us in our normal life. It is been more than 70 years we are independent and had so many inventions ,but still these people are not aware of the simple things about life.
In this letter I am mentioning some of the issues which I observed and needs immediate action. They are facing problems like lack of education, rehabilitation, problems on health and nutrition, gender issues, unaware about diseases and treatment, etc. These people may face problems on pandemic but not aware of that.
So, I request you to personally look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. An early action in this regard shall be highly needed. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Suresh
