KVPY 2020 Exam
KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana), organized by IISc Bangalore annually, is a national level program for the scholarship given to students up to pre-Ph.D level. KVPY exam 2020 was to be held on November 3, 2020 but it has been postponed due to COVID-19. Students of 11th, 12th and 1st-year graduation level can apply for the scholarship. The KVPY scholarship helps the students to study by wavering off their fees till pre-Ph.D level. Meritorious students get the opportunity to excel in studies without worrying about money. The aim of the program is to identify and encourage talented, motivated students to pursue a career in research. KVPY Application Fee 2020
- The application fee for General category/OBC is INR 1000
- For SC/ST/PwD category is INR 500.
KVPY Selection process
The selection process of KVPY 2020 includes an aptitude test followed by an interview round. After the successful completion of the written exam & interview round, the KVPY scholarship will be provided to the successful candidates. The evaluation will be based on 75% marks of Aptitude test and 25% of performance in the interview.
KVPY Exam Pattern
The exam will comprise of multiple-choice questions to be completed in 3 hours. The language of the exam will be English and Hindi.
