JPSC Account Officer Exam: Exam Pattern
The Jharkhand Public Service Commission Account Officer will have 2 papers of 100 marks each. The candidates who clear the prelims exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam.
Paper I: Time – 3 hours, Total Marks – 100
General Studies(Time: 3 Hours)
History of India and Indian National Movement
India and World Geography
Indian Polity and Economy
History, Geography, Economics, and Culture of Jharkhand
General Studies (Time: 3 Hours)
General Mental Ability
Current events of state, national and international importance
Basic numerical and quantitative aptitude
Mains Exam: Mains exam will be of a subjective type and will consist of 3 papers
Paper-1 (3hrs, 100 Marks)
Paper 1 will consist of General Hindi and General English both carrying 50 marks each. candidates will be asked to write essays, letter writing, comprehension passage and questions related to grammar will be asked.
Paper-2 (3hrs, 100 marks)
In paper 2 questions related to General Principles of Financial Management in State and Public Sector Social problems of India with Special reference to Jharkh and Economic problems of India with special focus to Jharkhand will be asked.
Paper 3 mostly covers maths, statistics, Economics and Business.
