J&K Police Constable 2020: Jammu and Kashmir Police have postponed the J&K Police Constable PET & PST 2020 due to the corona virus pandemic. The Jammu & Kashmir Constable PET & PST was scheduled to be held from 14 to 21 March 2020 for recruitment of candidates to the post of constable in 02 Border Battalions in J& K Police.

J&K Police Constable 2020: Important Dates
- Last date of application submission: 22 October 2019
- Initial PET & PST Date : 04-02 to 11 March 2020
- Download Admit Card for PET & PST: 27 January 2020
- Revised PET & PST Dates: 14 to 21 March 2020 (Postponed)
J&K Police Constable 2020: Vacancies
The recruitment is being done to recruit candidates to fill 1350 vacancies to the post of constable for raising two Border Battalions one in Jammu province and another one in Kashmir province from 10 Border Districts of J & K State.
J&K Police Constable 2020: Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected solely on the basis of their performance in PET & PST test and Written examination. After Clearing the PET & PST test selected candidates will appear in the written examination.
In order to clear the PET, candidates will have to run 1600 metres long race in under 6 ½ minutes and perform 20 Pushups. Where as PST will have a measurement of Chest and Height. All the candidates who will be called for PST round must also bring their original documents during the PST.
