Medical Requirements
- Robust physique and good mental health.
- A well-developed chest with a minimum expansion of 5 Cms.
- The hearing and vision should be perfectly normal in both the ears and the eyes. The candidate must be able to read 6/6 in the distant vision chart with each eye. The candidate must be able to perfectly recognize white, red and green colours as shown by Martin’s Lantern at 1.5 meters.
- An adequate number of natural healthy gum and teeth
- Should have no deformity of bones, hydrocele and varicocele or piles.
- A soldier should have 6/6 eyesight.
