GPSC Police Inspector Exam Date 2020 for the exam scheduled to be held on 26th April 2020 has been postponed due to the Covid-19. Candidates can check the official notice for GPSC Police Inspector Exam on the official site at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in. The new exam date for GPSC Police Inspector exam will be announced by the commission in due course.

GPSC Police Inspector Prelims exam consisted of 300 marks and candidates will be given 3 hours to complete the test. The recruitment exam was scheduled to be held for 40 Police Inspector (Unarmed), Class-2 posts. GPSC Police Inspector online applications were invited from 26 December 2019 and the last date of application was 10 January 2020.

The candidates selected in the GPSC Prelims exam will be called for the physical test followed by the mains examination based on the merit list. The final selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of marks scored in Mains examination and physical test.
