    Actually it will be concave lens not convex lens.
    In my answers with explanations comment below, it will be concave lens instead of convex lens.
    I was confused between the two concepts of air bubble and water drop above and oil surface.
    Water above oil surface will acts as a convex lens and air bubble inside a water acts as a concave lens (diverging lens).
