The exam for the same was conducted in the month of December last year. BPSSC Exam Notice 2020
The commission has been on the receiving end of the strong criticism from many demonstrations for the way exams have been conducted so far. The Bihar Police Subordinate Board Commission has strictly denied all such allegations during press release and said that the claims are false and some forces are trying to confuse the public with all these allegations. The board also said that such protests and demonstrations are causing difficulties in maintaining the law and order of the state. Furthermore, the recruitment board has also stated that the case of Manish Kumar vs Govt of India is being looked into by CWJC 6995/2019 under the High Court, Patna. The first step to complete the recruitment of vacancies in the state has to be completed till August 2020 and the posts which are left will be completely filled by the Recruitment process till June 2021. The press release was signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Police Subordinate Services Board. The release finally stated that the responsibility of recruitment on all the vacancies in the police department of Bihar lies with the Board and will be successfully fulfilled by it.
