Bihar Amin Exam 2020 Postponed: Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has uploaded a notice regarding the postponement of the Bihar Amin exam on its official site at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The exam was earlier scheduled on 15th and 16th February and has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The new exam date will be announced soon.
The written exam for Bihar Amin will be conducted to recruit candidates for 1767 vacancies of Amin Post in various departments under the Bihar government. 10 times candidates to the number of vacancies, approximately 18000 candidates, will be shortlisted to appear for the written exam. As per some media reports, approximately 5.70 lakh applications are received by the board for the Bihar Amin recruitment. Shortlisting 18000 from more than 5 lakh applications can be a daunting task for the Board.
The candidates will be shortlisted for the written exam on the basis of marks scored in intermediate and experience acquired. Candidates with experience as Amin will be preferred over others. After the new exam date will be announced, the admit card will be available to download from the official site containing the exam date, city and venue details of the candidates.

- Click on the link with the title- “Download Admit Card of AMIN-2019”
- Enter your details such as ‘Registration number’ and enter the submit button.
- Download the admit card.
Bihar Amin Exam Pattern
Candidates 10 times from the number of vacancies will be shortlisted to appear for the Bihar Amin Written exam 2020. The Bihar Amin exam will comprise of 2 sections. One section containing subjects namely General Studies, Current Affairs, General Science and General Hindi will contain 50 MCQs for 50 marks while the other section will contain 25 MCQs for 25 marks from General Maths. The total time of 2 hours 15 minutes will be provided to the candidates for the completion of the exam.
