AP Police SI Exam Pattern and Syllabus

AP Police SI Syllabus and Exam Pattern: Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board will conduct the recruitment for 11,356 vacancies of constables and 340 Vacancies of Sub Inspector (SI) in the year 2020. The official notification is expected to be released by the Board in the upcoming months. The last Police recruitment notification in Andhra Pradesh was released in 2018. On the basis of the previous recruitment, check out the Andhra Pradesh Police SI Exam Pattern and Syllabus. The changes will be updated after the official notification is released.

AP Police SI Selection Process

The Selection Process for AP Police SI consists of 4 stages qualifying which candidates will be appointed for final selection on the basis of marks scored in Final written exam:

  1. Preliminary Written Test
  2. Physical Measurements
  3. Physical Efficiency Test
  4. Final Written Examination

AP Police SI Prelims Exam Pattern

Candidates shall be required to appear for the Preliminary Written Test in two papers (3 hours each) which will be qualifying.

AP Police SI Written Exam Pattern

All the candidates who qualify the Physical Test will be next required to appear in the final written examination consisting of four papers, each of 3 hours duration. Paper I for English, Paper II for Telugu, Paper III for Arithmetic and Test of Reasoning / Mental Ability (Objective in nature) and Paper IV for General Studies.
