  12. given a^2 =b+c now add a on both sids
    a+a^2 =a+b+c
    so a(a+1) =a+b+c
similarly add b and c to 2nd and on 3rd we get
    b(b+1)=a+b+c
    c(c+1)=a+b+c
    so 1/a+1 = a/a+b+c , 1/b+1=b/a+b+c , 1/c+1 = c/a+b+c on adding get a+b+c/a+b+c =1
