Educational Qualification:
For Panchayati Raj department:
Degree in Civil/Agriculture Engineering from a University established by law in India or qualifications declared equivalent thereto by the State Government.
For other departments:
Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a University established by law in India or qualifications declared equivalent thereto by the State Government.

Note: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagri Script and knowledge of Rajasthani Culture.

Pay Scale:
Pay matrix level-14.

Age Limit:
  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years
Age Limit as on 1st January 2019.

Application Fees:
  • UR : Rs.350/-
  • Non-Creamy Layer OBC/ OBC Of (Rajasthan) : Rs.250/-
  • SC/ST of Rajasthan : Rs.150/-
Note: SC/ST/OBC candidates belong to other states than Rajasthan are considered in general category.

Preliminary Examination [Total Marks: 400]
The Examination is meant to serve as a screening test only.

The standard of the papers will be that of a Bachelor's Degree level except paper on Hindi which will be of Senior Secondary Level.
1/3 part of the mark(s) of each question will be deducted for each wrong answer. 

Personality and Viva-Voice Examination: 72 marks

In interviewing the candidates besides awarding marks in respect of character, personality, address and physique, marks shall also be awarded for the candidate's knowledge of Rajasthani culture. The marks so awarded shall be added to the marks obtained in the written test of the main examination by each such candidate.
