SSC JE 2017 Exam is scheduled tentatively from 22nd to 29th January 2018. SSC JE 2017 Notification was released on 20th October 2017. SSC JE Recruitment 2017 will be done to recruit eligible candidates to the post of Junior Engineer in various Government Ministries & Organizations.

There will be no JE paper-I examination on 26th and 28th January 2018.

SSC JE Application Fee

Candidates are required to apply online for SSC JE 2017 Exam. They can do so by paying the online application fee for the exam. A candidate has to pay Rs. 100/- as Online Application Fee for SSC JE 2017 Exam. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from paying any application fee. Female candidates as well as Ex. Employees are also exempted from paying SSC JE Application Fees.

There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I.

Note: Entry to the examination venue will not be allowed after 9.30 AM in the morning shift and after 1.30 PM in the afternoon shift.

SSC JE Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for SSC JE 2017, a candidate is required to be a citizen of India. He/she must fall into the age limit required for the posts offered through SSC JE 2017 Exam.

SSC JE Admit Card 2017

SSC JE 2017 Admit Card will be released 10-5 days before the commencement of each level of exam. Admit Card for Tier-I exam will be released first followed by Admit Card for Tier-II Exam. Candidates are required to visit the page regularly to get the direct link to download their Admit Card for SSC JE 2017 exam.

SSC JE Result

SSC JE 2017 Result will be declared after each stage of exam has been conducted, i.e. result for Tier-I will be declared first followed by result for Tier-II Exam. 

SSC JE Cut-Off 2017

The Cut-Off for SSC JE 2017 will be released once the result for each phase has been declared by SSC. Cut-Off will be released separately, i.e. cut-off for Tier-I will be released first followed by cut-off for Tier-II.
